Your account and content

Use your own Google account and keep access to it secure. You must have permission to upload, edit and use the photos, video, audio, trademarks and other content you supply. You keep your rights to your content and allow us to store and process it to provide the editor, previews and exports.

Do not use the service for unlawful content, deception, impersonation, infringement, or attempts to access another person’s account. Do not bypass access controls or extract the private template engine. A visible brand, person or product in a sample does not imply endorsement or grant rights to that brand, person or product.

Free templates and Creator

Browsing and clean sample previews are free. Sign in to edit and export Flow Quote, Drink Column, Caught in the Web and Booth Strip without a paid allowance, within the stated service limits. Other templates require an available paid pack or Creator allowance for editing and exports. Creator is US$10 per month for 3,701 monthly credits, covering up to 100 finished videos. Carousel slides count separately. Pricing and availability are shown before checkout. Signing in alone never creates a subscription or charge.

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled, subject to the payment schedule displayed at checkout. The current integration supports up to 120 monthly payments. Unused credits expire at the end of each paid billing period. Your bank may apply currency conversion or other bank fees.

One-time packs

The US$1 trial pack includes five video exports. The US$30 pack includes 300 exports (11,100 credits). Both are one-time purchases with no subscription or automatic renewal. Repeat purchases are allowed and add the selected pack’s full allowance. Unused one-time pack videos do not expire. Each exported carousel slide uses one video from the allowance.

Delivery and cancellation

Exports are digital files delivered through your account after rendering succeeds. Processing time depends on the template and queue. Files are available for 30 days after completion. Failed exports return reserved credits to the original purchase, except where a payment reversal or review prevents this.

Cancel future renewals through My workspace. Cancellation does not remove an already paid period’s remaining allowance before its expiry. See refunds and cancellation for payment issues.

Service availability and your copies

Keep copies of your source media and downloaded videos. Saved projects are retained in your account until you delete them or request account deletion, subject to the stated account limits. We may restrict abusive accounts or temporarily suspend a feature for maintenance or security. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or a particular business result.

Questions and changes

Contact us about access, billing or these terms. Material changes will be dated on this page; a changed price will be presented before it applies to a new checkout or subscription change. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
