Privacy at Actionables

Updated 22 October 2026

This notice describes the Actionables template editor at actionables.ai. For privacy questions or a request to delete your data, contact prod@npl.live.

Google sign-in

When you choose Continue with Google, Google shares your account identifier, email address and basic profile, such as your name and profile picture, with our authentication provider, Supabase. We use this information to verify your sign-in and associate your drafts with your account. We request only the openid, email and profile permissions, which do not provide access to Gmail, Google Drive or your contacts.

Google account information is used for authentication and account support. It is not used to train AI models or target advertising. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Drafts and uploads

The editor stores the settings, words and media you provide so it can save your project and render previews and exports. Hostinger hosts the website and the private editing and rendering services. Drafts and uploaded media are associated with a hashed account identifier or guest token in that private service.

Signed-in projects and uploads are retained in your account until deleted or until you request account deletion, subject to account limits. Previews expire after ten minutes and are invalidated when you save changes. Completed exports are kept for 30 days. Signing in recovers any remaining legacy guest drafts into your account. Backups are kept separately for recovery; deleting an active record does not immediately remove all backup copies.

Account and billing records

Our private services store your name and email for account support, an internal account identifier, saved project settings, uploads, export records and payment references. Rendering and storage run on Hostinger infrastructure; Google and Supabase provide sign-in, and Razorpay provides payment processing.

Cookies and security records

We use necessary cookies to secure your sign-in. A legacy guest cookie can last up to seven days and is used only to recover earlier drafts after sign-in; sign-in verification lasts ten minutes, and an authenticated editor session lasts up to twelve hours. The session cookies are HttpOnly and use Secure on the live site. Signing out revokes the editor session.

Google sign-in records remain in Supabase until deleted. Google, Supabase and Hostinger may retain operational or security logs under their own policies. The project and export retention periods above do not describe provider logs or backups.

Your choices

You can browse templates and watch their public samples without signing in. Editing requires Google sign-in. You can sign out in the editor and remove Actionables access from your Google account settings. To request deletion of sign-in records or other stored data, email prod@npl.live; we may need to verify that the request is yours. For one-time checkout, we send your account name, email and the phone number you enter to Razorpay to create your payment link. Actionables does not save that phone number in its account database. Razorpay processes and retains payment details under its own privacy policy. Actionables stores subscription, invoice and payment references, billing status and credit usage so it can provide your plan. We do not receive or store your full card number. Financial or security records may need to be retained after an account deletion request. Contact support to discuss deletion and retention for your account.
